 - Fig helps to expel the sputum and regulate breathing. Try immersing three slices of dried figs in water overnight and then eating them with water.

Fenugreek from

 - It helps detoxify the lungs and try to boil the mixture of fenugreek seeds with ginger juice and honey for quick relief. Take it twice a day during Diwali.
