You should also do some light exercises or walk briskly for at least an hour every day.

But if you feel that you will not be able to devise or stick to your program and regime by yourself, you always have the option to join a Weight Loss program. Many Weight Loss programs also advise and provide supplementary diet food and medication for extremely overweight people. All Weight Loss programs will advise you to cut down on your food intake and do some exercise for the program to be effective. Whether you devise your own program, or join a weight Loss program, it is important that you take the first step towards losing weight, and a happy, healthy, and long life.
