Using this same example we know we will need to burn 3500 * 10 or 35000 calories to get rid of ten pounds. If we burn an extra 1000 calories each day then it will take 35 days to reach our weight loss goal. Once you understand the science behind it you will understand what you need to do to lose 10 pounds naturally. By knowing this you can eliminate the unknown from the entire process.
